Salut à tous On cherche quelqu’un pour reprendre ma chambre dans notre colocation située à Montréal (rue Falardeau) à 2 minutes à pied du métro Papineau (ligne verte), des bus et des vélos Bixi. Il y a un supermarché à côté de la station de métro. Le bail se termine en août 2025, donc parfait si tu veux t’installer pour une bonne période. Le loyer est de 729$ par mois toutes charges comprises + 25$ d’assurance habitation obligatoire. Un service de ménage nettoie salon, cuisine et salle de bain toutes les 2 semaines. Les colocs : bonne ambiance conviviale et respectueux, .
