I am renting a fully furnished private room in a shared apartment located within walking distance of Concordia University, Sainte-Catherine Street, Guy-Concordia metro station. Although you’ll be minutes away from the downtown core, the apartment building is located in a quiet street makes it ideal for a good restful home time. This is a bright, clean and newly renovated unit. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building.
The room
Private bedroom ready to move-in. The furnitures including in the unit are a double bed (bed frame + mattress included), long mirror, chest of drawers, clothing rack and a small built-in closet ideal for books. All furniture is brand-new IKEA (some is still in the packaging). The curtains and curtain rods are available and to be assembled upon move-in. There is also a small space for a small desk and a chair if you'd like to bring them in.
The roommate
I am a busy professional female who works 6 -sometimes 7 days a week. I am looking for a mature female person who is quiet, clean, tidy and responsible. The roommate also should be comfortable living with cats (there are three quiet and chill cats).
