Le loyer pour la chambre et le bureau est de 987$ + Hydro et Internet Dispo à partir du 01 Mars 2026 (flexible pour 1er Février au besoin) C’est au 2e étage d’un Duplex détaché, sur une rue calme à sens unique. 10 minute à pied du métro Pie IX. 3 minutes de plusieurs ligne de bus et à 5 minutes du Parc Maisonneuve. J’aimerais trouver une personne ouverte d’esprit et calme qui aime habiter dans un endroit propre. Je suis chanteuse donc je travaille les soirs et les fins de semaine. The rent for the 2 rooms is 987$ + hydro and internet. Available March 1st 2026 (Could potentially move in February 1st if needed.) The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a duplex on a calm one-way street. I would like to find a person who is open minded, calm and responsible and that would want to live in a clean and respectful environment. I’m a professional singer so that means I’m working mostly nights and weekends. I’m very communicative and I’m looking to create a safe space for my potential roommate. Rosemont has a character that caters to a fairly diverse group of people. Finding things to do in this part of Montréal is easy. Despite the fact that there is a poor selection of entertainment venues, there are masses of people around most of the time, and places to go out at night are well-distributed throughout the area.
