I am offering 2 furnished bedrooms for rent in a beautifully renovated Riverdale home from Jan. 1 - June 1 (short term 5 month rental, not available in the summer). Parking (with plug in), furniture, and a Queen size bed included. $800 per month + 20% of electricity, heating oil, recycling and internet bills. Room 2: Master bedroom W/ Private ensuite bathroom, shared kitchen, living room and Washer/Dryer. Parking (with plug in), furniture, and a King size bed included. $900 per month + 20% of electricity, heating oil, and internet bills. Shared space with respectful professionals.
