I am looking for roommates to share a 3-bedroom home. Rent will be $1,200 a month, Utilities & Internet included. You will get a bedroom to yourself, laundry on site, a shared kitchen, and a good sized shared living room. Located in Whistle Bend on the top floor of a new two-story build. The bedrooms are unfurnished. I am quiet and am looking for another quiet people. No pets and absolutely no scents. I have very high scent sensitivity and can’t be around perfume, strong-smelling soaps, body sprays, hair products, or non-fragrance-free detergent. If you’re looking for a fresh, newly finished home with a mid-20s male roommate, DM me.
