Looking for a clean, helpful and reliable roommate. Room available for rent Dec 1st, 2025 in shared house. Must be able to priced a vulnerable sector check as there will be a child in the house. Bathroom is shared with one other renter. Shared living spaces: open kitchen, dining, and living room. This is a brand new house in Whistlebend. Just ask to come for a look. House is shared with other roommates. No parties no smoking no drinking no pets. No overnight guests without approval. Rent includes water, one parking space, and city garbage/compost/recycling services. $1000 plus shared utilities (hydro and internet). Expect approx $1200/ month. Those interested would be sent an application package and we would like to schedule a meet up. House is furnished. But you will require your own items for the room.
