Located in Takhini north about a one minute walk from the start of the Macyntre Creek trails and the beautiful ponds and overlooks. Walking distance to Mount Mac ski trails, Yukon University, Solstice Disc Golf Park, Takhini Arena, Broomball arena, greenbelt, CGC, and more. This is on any bus route passing along Range Road (5&6) and a slightly longer walk to 2 mile or mountain view for others. Green space across the street and a little shinny pond/park. The room is a typical Takhini Duplex room. I think it is about 10'x11'. Has a bed, dresser, end table, chair that can be removed if necessary. House has two cats and a dog. We are a couple and are not planning to rent any of the other rooms.

If you are wanting to add a pet to the mix we will need to discuss and test that out. An additional deposit will be required. My preference is to do a flat rate for room and utilities for a total of $900.
