Roommate Wanted - 1 Bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment

I'm looking for a roommate to rent the spare room in my 2 bedroom apartment. About The Place: It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Whistlebend neigbourhood. The empty bedroom is a decent size, but by no means large. There's a decent sized kitchen, tons of natural light, and a balcony. The unit has in-unit laundry. I would be open to offering the room furnished for a small increase in rent. A Bit About Me: I am employed full-time as an office worker. I studied computer science, and then architectural engineering in school. I moved to Whitehorse about a year ago from Nova Scotia. I'm pretty quiet, don't party, don't really drink, don't smoke. I spend a lot of my free time reading or playing video games. Like most people in the Yukon, I love hiking, and getting outside. I love baking. I live here with my 2 cats: Jasper and Zoro. They're both super friendly and snuggly and love new people. Sadly, no more pets are allowed as per the lease.

I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle (and hopefully similar interests). Landlord approval will be required, so you will need references. Female identifying people preferred.
