Modern building with additional recent upgrades & renovations, but not pet friendly. Either male or female okay, but prefer someone who is student or young professional. Prefer a long-term renter (6 months to 1 year). Must be non-smoker & non-drug user, occasional drinking is fine.
Rent is $850/month and includes water, high speed internet (1.5 Gigabit), tenant insurance, and some furniture. Bedroom is unfurnished, but common use items (e.g. couches, dining table, chairs, microwave, kitchen utensils, and tools) is available for sharing.
