University of Winnipeg and Red River College Downtown Campus are both a short walking distance away. If you happen to attend University of Manitoba, there is a bus less than 100 meters from the building entrance that will take you directly to campus there.

The building has two secured entrances both accessed by a digital key-fob. The 9th floor has an incredible community common room equipped with an entire kitchenette, lounge chairs, tables, drop-down projector screen, a wrap-around balcony with a community barbecue and gardens during the summer. This common room is available to be booked for private events and parties as well.

As mentioned the building is pet friendly, and I currently have two 5 month old puppies who are extremely friendly. They will quickly become your best friend! If you find yourself interested in this opportunity, it's very important that you're okay with dogs. Parking is a bit tricky being downtown -- there's very few spots available for this building and the wait list is long, so street parking is the only option.

I do most of my work from home, so it's very important that the potential candidate be a polite and professional working or studying individual. Preference will go to students first, as this building is part of the University of Winnipeg Community Renewal Corporation. If you aren't a student, that's not a deal breaker, we can certainly discuss details.
