It’s a comfortable, low-key environment ideal for working professionals or students. House Rules & Ideal Candidate: Must be comfortable living with cats. Fort Richmond is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. Green spaces, such as Kirkbridge Park and Henteleff Park, are especially well-spread out and there are about 30 of them nearby for residents to unwind in, which makes them easy to reach. This part of the city is also excellent for those who enjoy quiet areas, as the streets tend to be very peaceful.
