Motorhome to be used as cottage only, no papers, cant be registered. I had transmission totally rebuilt and that cost me 3500. I had roof all resealed. I have no time to use it...its going to need brakes and shifter cable (shifter cable broke when putting transmission back in). I have no winter storage for it and don't want to see it sit out all winter, selling for the cost of my transmission bill. Queen bed with good mattress in bedroom and table folds and couch pulls out for more sleeping area, very clean unit, older model. I believe it is 32feet.
