Solid unit, built well — not like the newer lightweight trailers. It’s an all-season model and holds heat well. Has a secondary heat source (pellet/wood stove) which makes a big difference in the winter. Inside is clean with lots of wood cabinetry and storage. Open living area with big windows so it doesn’t feel cramped. Flooring has been updated. Kitchen has good counter space, double sink, cabinets, fridge and microwave. Dinette area can be used as a table or workspace. Bathroom has a full stand-up shower with glass doors, separate toilet area, and sink with storage. Overall it’s a comfortable layout and feels more like a small home than a trailer.
