The RV has been parked at Knouff Lake Resort (45 minutes from Kamloops) for the past 5 years. The first owner also parked it at an annual site so the unit has seen very little road time. A metal roof system has been built over the slideouts to prevent snow from sitting on them. The roof seams have been sealed annually since day one. No paper has been used in the septic system. The unit is up on blocks and the tires are off the ground to prevent flattening. The RV has a great layout with large windows at the dining/living room end. Entire RV is very bright and spacious inside with the 3 skylights allowing ample ambient light. The kitchen area is perfectly sized and situated across from the entry door. Citation is well known for constructing well-built, high-end RVs - this one is no exception. It has been lovingly maintained and well looked after.

The RV is located at lot #42 the Knouff Lake Wilderness Resort - arguably the best spot at the entire resort. It is situated on the upper most lane and has an absolutely stunning view of the lake. The lot is fully fenced, with glass panes across the front view. The site includes water (3 seasons) and power (year round). The resort has a sani-dump area and the RV comes with a towable septic tank caddy to empty it. The resort is dog-friendly (on-leash only) and is run by a wonderful family. It is open year-round and features various amenities such as cabins and an seasonal campground so friends & relatives can visit.
