RV sleeps 6, 6 seatbelts Class C GMC CUTAWAY 24ft gas Motorhome

Everything works in this RV. Recently had brakes serviced (have the receipt). The RV had an inspection from the mechanic recently. V8 gas 7.4L engine. GMC 3500 van body, 1998. Has: -AC for driver/passenger and another AC unit in back -propane stove with oven, -propane heater, -fridge (propane/AC), -microwave, -shower with tub, -table to sit at, -hot and cold running water, -holding tanks with meters, -queen bed above cab, -double bed in back, -table folds down to a single bed, -awning, -past service records. All in all, this RV is ready to go. I had it on some trips this summer and now I'd like to pass it on to someone who can continue to enjoy it. It got a new engine at about 165,000 KM (have the receipt), and the odometer now reads close to 200,000 KM. Tires are good. It has a hitch and wiring for a brake controller. Has a couple of cosmetic dings on the exterior that don't effect anything. Caulking was just redone. Recent new battery, recent new water pump, recent new hot water heater. My licensed mechanic has his shop right close by, so you can have him look it over if you like, will cost you about $80. It's got a full tank of gas and full propane, that's over $250 value.
