2000-2001 National RV Dolphin LX 35ft

Looking for a super clean, reliable and comfortable motorhome to enjoy travelling and exploring North America? This unit has been gently used for annual three week trips to Florida every winter for golfing vacations by an elderly couple since new to 2022. Since then (2 summers) it has served as a warm weather home for a couple building their home. Super well cared for. No smoking or odours. Oak cabinets.Very comfortable queen bed, plus double sofa bed pull out. One motorized tip out. Refrigerator, stove, water, showers, toilet, engine (Ford V10 Triton), AC (2), awning, tip out, all in excellent working order. Recently new: two 6V deep cycle batteries, water pump. All effluent tanks have been emptied. This unit is being sold as is. Should not require anything to safety. Motor has been started weekly to keep lubricated. Has been parked on firm gravel and jacked for the past two years and hooked up to rented propane tank (easily disconnected and hooked up to onboard tank again). Currently hooked up to demonstrate working stove and refrigerator (electric and propane). On board generator needs work, we had one and so connected to it for power (50A). House is now built so we are selling it. Please, no dealers or scammers, dreamers or low ballers.
