This layout has a very popular and sought after floor plan in regards to keeping rooms separated. Very clean and spacious with main bathroom off bedroom and a half bath below off the front door/kitchen area. This unit boasts a beautiful fireplace along with a 55" TV in the upper living area. The bedroom (king bed) also has a mounted TV measuring 32". The bedroom and upper bath have many closet and drawers for ample storage.
