• 3 slides (hydraulic slide out system). Can control each slide separately for opening/closing • Air ride hitch • Extra high ceilings (80” interior bedroom height) • Ducted air conditioner with heat pump • 66 gallon fresh water capacity • 12 gallon gas/electric water heater with tank heater switch control • Gray/black/gray holding tanks – 40/40/40 gallon • GVWR 15,500lbs • We had a 220V electrical outlet installed inside by kitchen/entry to allow the plug-in of a construction heater etc. for extremely cold weather. We spent two months in the unit during a very very cold spell in Alberta and the extra heater was a nice addition on those very cold days. Furnace and heat pump work great but the construction heater was a nice addition. • Furnace – 42 BTU • Hydraulic stabilizers/lifts • Heavy duty compartment doors include gas lifts and recessed full latch handles, exclusive to the Day Dreamer, which allow easy, hands-free access • Side by side Fridge/no frost freezer w/icemaker – gas/electric • Water filtration system – filtered through the tank and also when hooked up to city water. Black tank flush, electric dump valves, outside shower, holding tank monitors • Queen bed with gas shock lift support for huge under mattress storage. We replaced factory gas shocks so bed would actually stay up by itself without having to hold up with one hand and also goes up very very easy for a lighter person to lift it up/put down • Wooden door with full length mirror separates master suite from main/guest area; pleated door gives privacy from master bedroom to main area leaving bathroom accessible to owners and company if/when on board • TV in bedroom – wired in to living room entertainment system so one can watch different program than that of what is being watched in living room • Stacking washer and dryer in its own closet, NOT taking room from wardrobe/closet/bedroom • Remote controlled electric fireplace for heat and/or just ambience and soft light in living room. Fireplace heater also has adjustable fan to increase heat flow through unit • Dirt Devil central vacuum system with turbine powerhead and floor/dust kick by Grand Father clock • TV - not smart, too old • 12 volt 5.1 Dolby Digital CD/DVD surround sound stereo system and built-in subwoofer • Satellite, cable, phone hook-ups • Bose outdoor entertainment system (radio/dvd/cd/speakers) • Wineguard entertainment system w/5 inputs and 3 outputs that allows you to view different programs in the bedroom or living room as well as add other outputs • Power converter • Inverter • 21’ electric awning with auto wind sensor auto close • Over The Range Convection Oven that also works as a microwave oven, giving those of us who love to cook, dual ovens with the gas oven & broiler below upper oven. Display panel dimmed so have to just get used to panel but oven works fine. • 9,1000 BTU Super Burner Cooktop • Two 40lb propane tanks • Wired for generator • Grandfather clock that hosts unit slide controls, lights, tank heater, and is also a front hall closet • Toilet is separated from 36” full fiberglass residential shower and sink in master bedroom; easy access to bathroom even with all 3 slides closed • Full wardrobe/closet with 3 large shoe shelves at back • Two full dressers, one vertical, one horizontal with deep full extension drawers totaling 16 drawers including the 4 vanity drawers • Vanity with medicine cabinet storage and 4 drawers and cabinet under vanity sink • Full U-shaped island kitchen, plenty of storage space in kitchen with slide out pantry • Plenty of preparation space even with sink covers removed • Counter top removable trash access for easy cleanup without opening trash cupboard • Built-in office/computer desk with keyboard slide-out tray and roll top • 6 upper storage cabinets in living room • Storage inside coffee table and end table for reclining chairs • Upgraded Lazyboy reclining leather chairs that face TV. Unlike conventional 5th wheels where only couch faces TV. This is an upgrade that was very important to us and one of the many reasons we bought the Day Dreamer. No need to reposition any furniture to pull in all slides and owners get theatre watching in comfy recliners without repositioning tv at an angle to view • Lazyboy couch with huge storage drawer. Couch also acts as second queen bed with electric inflate/deflate air bed. VERY comfortable air bed you can adjust for your personal preference for softness/firmness • Ceiling fan w/light and dimmer • Wood venetians blinds throughout • Removable winter windows for screen door giving extra warmth for cooler days • Two automatic/thermostat controlled roof vent fantastic fans with rain sensors • Electric vented fan in bathroom w/fresh air window • 4 solid dining room chairs with storage under all 4 seats. • Kitchen table is fixed and has removable/storable leaf for expansion that nicely stores IN table so no extra space needed to store and protect leaf. • It’s a beautiful HOME to live in more so than travelling with, it but sure makes travelling very very comfortable. • One of the two water manifolds need to be replaced. Quote from our plumber to replace BOTH is $300-$400 • Will show to interested SERIOUS people ONLY. • Plenty of pictures to email to serious interested parties.

Not looking to trade on anything, only to sell for right price.
