Alberg 22 sailboat

Selling my 1978 Alberg 22 (as is) – a classic full keel sailboat with beautiful lines and a solid reputation. It’s currently stored on a cradle and out of the water at Toronto Outer Harbour Marina. This boat was very loved, but unfortunately has been out of the water for 2 seasons due to a new baby and Ontario Place marina having closed. Hoping to find a new owner that will love her as much as we do. ** Gelcoat bubbling on the exterior hull from water contact from being shrinkwrapped. It is minimal and only in a couple of small areas on the hull above waterline. ** Price does not include outboard motor (new in 2019). 2019 Tohatsu 4 stroke sail pro, 6hp - Comes with main and jib sails, both in good shape. Genoa also included but requires repair of a tear - Includes cushions (currently stored at home, so in good condition) and a custom stowable tabletop built for the cabin Boat is on a cradle, not a trailer – so you’ll need transport sorted if you're taking it off-site. We have also prepaid for a launch at Toronto Outer Harbour Marina, so you could arrange to get it in the water if desired. This would be a fun boat for someone looking to do a bit of restoration to enjoy a charming older cruiser. Great for day sailing or short overnight trips once it’s back in the water.
