31ft. Sailboat IRWIN 1984, new design for that time: wide 11ft, water line 27ft, so hull speed over 7kts, mast 45ft above water, draft 6ft & displacement only 9000 lbs. All these gives fast cruiser/racer category! Boat has BC registration. I'm the first owner and I took good care of this boat. Boat is very strong and sea worthy. Hull above keel is redone and keel is reinforced. I sailed on this boat around the world against trade winds and many more miles. At the present time the boat is in Mexico, Guaymas where sailing season is longer and I can sail during Canadian winter. Original Yanmar 2GMF engine is in good condition. Nothing on the boat requires immediate repairs/work.. Boat is very good equip:~10 sails(~$5000, jib: storm,70%,100%,110%,130%,150%,180%,spinnaker, main: old &new), 5years old inflatable with outboard engine (~$2000), self steering wind vane Aries(~$1500), 2years old: VHF with AIS, depth sounder and GPS/map display, 3 solar panels, many boat/engine spare parts(over$1000): starter, alternator, pumps, hoses, lines etc. The best safety of this boat is, boat doesn’t sink when filled with water as it has 4cu.meters of foam inside.
