30' SAILBOAT: S2-9.1 - Ready for Launch!

We've had a great time sailing 5Star since 2014 and are now moving to something a bit larger. This 30' fiberglass sailboat sleeps 7, has over 6' of interior standing head room, a galley, enclosed head and hanging locker. It is a great racer/cruiser, well equipped for going around the marks (PHRF rating of 132) and exploring hidden anchorages in the North Channel. Except for a cosmetic repair to the starboard side, the boat is in good overall condition and ready for sailing. The hull is polished and the bottom has a fresh coat of Pettit Horizons bottom paint (no discontinued VC-17 concerns). The $5500.00 Boston Dacron main sail was replaced in 2021. In 2020, the 13hp inboard diesel Yanmar received new OEM belts, hoses, coolant pump and thermostat ($1000.00 in parts). The starter was rebuilt, OEM ignition switches replaced and prop shaft seal replaced in 2019. The cabin sole was replaced in 2022 and all cabin top hardware removed and re-bedded in 2023. Both deep cycle marine batteries were replaced in 2023. All sails and running rigging have been maintained or replaced as needed. Wind instruments and chart plotter are included. The list goes on.
