This has been a wonderful sailboat for our family but it is time to let new owners enjoy and maintain Impetuous as much as we have.

Engine Atomic 4 Engine. Works perfect. Very easy to service and maintain. (Hours are unknown but the engine has had a rebuild within the past 8 years) Propeller is a folding prop

Sails 1 Main in good condition, 1 100 % Jib in good condition 1 150 % Genoa in good condition, 1 Spinnaker in fair condition.

Interior is clean and bright and can sleep 5. New Interior cushions within the past 4 years. Galley includes lcebox, Sink and 2 Burner Stove with Oven.

Head includes Marine Toilet and Sink. All holding tanks have remained empty as we've only ever day sailed the boat along the Northumberland Strait.

The hull is in very good condition and the keel is in excellent condition with garboard plug installed.

Cockpit cushions are in excellent condition. Instruments are Raymarine and work great VHF Radio works great

Boat is exceptionally dry and has had a marine survey performed in 2020 with no issues needing addressed.

Boat is located at Sunrise Marina and Cottages in Barrachois, Nova Scotia. ( 5 minutes East of Tatamagouche) Price also includes a newer steel cradle.
