Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone and in store. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling the company's products and services. Duties - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the sales manager - Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage accounts - Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and strategies for improving sales performance Experience - Proven experience in sales, preferably in bearings and power transmission products or a related field - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate product information - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous
