WE ARE GROWING! We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Managers (Automotive) for the Ontario region. This is a commission based position with an additional bonus structure.

The position would involve managing an existing territory with a well-established dealer base. This position would also require someone that is able to focus on finding and cultivating New Business.

We are a full service car dealership, warranty company, and can provide finance options for all credit situations. We also provide financing for trucks, motorcycles, R/V units and traditional car loans. The ideal candidate will have an existing knowledge of the Automotive Industry and creating strong lasting relationship with all dealer partners. We work within a target driven structure therefore experience working within such a structure would be a huge asset. The ideal candidate would also have experience overcoming/ resolving issues and assisting inside sales to completing all deals in the timeliest manner possible. The ideal candidate will excel on being on the road generating their own dealer base and interacting with clients, dealers and head office with precise and accurate information.

Responsibilities: • Manage and grow current dealer accounts in territory • Build the dealer network by setting up new Dealers • Identify weaknesses/ challenges in assigned territory and find solutions • Identify and acquire new business via cold calling, prospecting and developing new business • Be viewed by the Dealer as an industry expert on products and solution offerings • Build dealer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisor • Advance opportunities with effective consultative techniques • Meet and Exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales Quotas including Account Targets • Ensure accurate reporting of all key activities • Create and present product training as required to Dealer Network • Expedite all orders by communicating with inside sales • 70% of total time will be spent in field, including onsite visits to Dealers

Qualifications: • 1+ years of proven success in Sales Environment • Strong knowledge of Car Industry and Automotive Lending preferred (but not necessary) • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Strong self-management skill. Ensure time is spent in a productive efficient manner • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office and Basic computer usage • Able to thrive in a fast pace environment • Experience and success with cold calling and developing new business • A positive attitude with a winning drive • Capable to understand, respect and follow all in place policies and procedures • Valid Driver License
