Description

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales & Events Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role supports event planning, food & beverage operations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and great guest experiences. Responsibilities include: Coordinating weekly orders for liquor, beverages, snacks, and other F&B supplies Assisting with event planning and execution from start to finish Communicating clearly with staff, guests, and vendors Programming menus into PixelPoint POS and EventPro 360 Managing inventory for the restaurant, bar, beer cart, and 10th Tee Assisting guests with catering menu selections in a friendly and knowledgeable manner Ensuring all F&B outlets follow cleaning and sanitation protocols Completing monthly inventory counts and keeping records up to date Supporting a positive experience for all guests and members Following all health, safety, and emergency procedures Working closely with internal departments and team members Qualifications: Experience in event coordination, administration, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a proactive attitude How to Apply: APPLY TO THE LINK: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSefj2i4bDec4x7VjaARemlm0Heqq-PNZc51iujC5WWaIFB5Og/viewform
