Looking for someone who can generate leads/find customers

Hello, I run a small business. I'm having trouble scaling. I'm looking for someone who can find me customers. Someone good at sales, marketing, and negotiation, as I don't have much time to do it myself. In return, I will pay you 5-10% of the value of the deal closed. 5% on one-time leads (ex. If the customer makes a purchase worth $100, you will get $5), and if the customer signs on to a recurring contract, 10% (ex. A customer purchases a subscription worth $100, you will get $10 every time) I'm in a medium-high ticket service industry, with some sales and contracts being worth hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of dollars. There is potential to make a good amount of money for a side hustle. I would be willing to hire you on a part-time/full-time salaried ($20+/hr) basis in the near future, if your performance is good.
