About the role We're looking for motivated cold callers to join our outreach team. You'll be selling two service lines to small and mid-sized businesses: - Custom websites for small businesses (free-preview offer) - Workplace educational training programs (safety, compliance, and skills training) Compensation - Commission-only, uncapped - Consistent callers earn roughly $2,000/month; top performers earn more Job type - Commission-only, flexible hours, uncapped earnings What we're looking for - Comfortable cold calling businesses by phone - Clear, friendly communicator - Self-motivated and consistent; remote work means you manage your own call blocks - Sales or outreach experience is an asset but not required This is a remote role, open to anyone in Canada.
