Solar Sales Partner

NOW HIRING: 2 Solar Sales Partners — Ronahi Solar (GTA & Across Ontario) Ronahi Solar is a small, family-style team, and we're adding TWO partners. We pick quality over quantity — we're looking for the right people to build with, long term. Experienced closers are preferred. But if you've got the hunger and the right attitude, we're open to ONE motivated person with no experience starting as an appointment setter and growing into closing. We'd rather build the right people than hire the biggest egos. WHY SOLAR SELLS ITSELF: Homeowners aren't taking on a new bill — they're redirecting one they already pay (and will never cancel). And the government helps cover the switch: $5,000 for rooftop solar + $5,000 for battery (Ontario Home Renovation Savings Program) Up to $125,000 in low-interest financing (Toronto HELP & Better Homes programs) We supply, install, finance, and handle the paperwork — you just close and book appointments WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experienced closers preferred — proven sales track record Open to one hungry beginner ready to start as a setter and grow Strong-minded, self-motivated, and coachable Team player who genuinely wants to build Own reliable vehicle WHAT YOU GET: A real partnership — not just a job Full training and mentorship, with a clear path: Setter → Closer → Partner A proven system with everything already in place 15% of gross on $20K–$40K deals ($3,000–$6,000 per deal) + upfront payments Combo deals through our metal roof & shingle partners Opportunity to own a percentage of the company for the right people LMIA support available for qualifying partners Only 2 spots — we're choosing the right people and moving fast.
