Door to Door Solar Sales and appointment setting

We are seeking Door To Door Solar Appointment Setters to join our team! With the possibility of moving up to closing sales and even management. Some sales experience will help but not necessary and No closing of any sales required in the beginning. Only job is to knock doors and set up appointments with potential customers for our Sales team to go and close at a later date. All training will be provided. You are paid for every appointment that you set up, "THAT IS CLOSED" by our sales team. Our current closing ratio is 40%. So set up 20 quality appointments a week and you are paid on 8 of those appointments on average. Making on average $250 per closed appointment.

Responsibilities:

Handle interactions with many people day to day Provide information about the products and services Set up appointments for your manger to close Knock doors for at least 20 hours a week Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields(not mandatory) Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to handle rejection Positive and professional demeanour Fluent in speaking English Willingness to work hard and follow direction
