PPI - High-Performance Coatings & Equipment is seeking team players with great communication and interpersonal skills “with a can-do attitude” for the Technical Coatings and Equipment Sales Associates role.
This role is a full-time position. As our facility continues to grow, we are seeking candidates who possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. Candidates with experience in multiple coating applications and automated equipment will be given priority.

Responsibilities:
- Provide and communicate technical phone support for clients.
- Work Remotely.
- Communicate in a team environment.
- Meet with business owners and present solutions.
- Prove your ability to strategically sell.
- Build and quote coatings and equipment according to the application.
- Demonstrate new products on-site to potential clients.
- Attend OEM training and seminars.
- Commission, train and support customers with new equipment and coatings.
- Provide monthly sales reports.
- Work with suppliers on customer solutions.
- Cold calling potential clients
Prerequisites:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a related technical field.
- High school diploma with a preference for post-secondary education
- Proven technical aptitude in service and repairs.
- Must be fit and able to travel to the USA and Europe
- Must hold a valid Driver’s license & a clean abstract.
- Computer skills are required (Microsoft Office & Email)
- Participate and support suppliers at trade shows.
- Must be able to speak fluent English.
Additional technical certification or education would be welcome.
