Team Member for In-Field Sales

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Conduct in-field sales activities to promote and sell our range of green energy solutions, smart-home technologies, and HVAC systems. 2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Identify new sales opportunities and proactively prospect potential customers in designated territories. 4. Collaborate daily with team members and sales managers to achieve individual and team sales targets. 5. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. 6. Prepare and submit accurate sales agreements, and other administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements / Skills: • Previous sales experience [BONUS: if experienced in green energy, smart-home, or HVAC industries.] • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Valid driver's license; able to commute to meet team daily [and BONUS reliable vehicle for travel within designated territories.] • Available to work 10am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
