We are currently hiring for two full time positions: Benefits Advisor and Agency Sales Director.

The Benefits Advisor role (annual earnings: $45,000-$75,000+) is primarily a client facing role. You will help clients assess their insurance needs, provide information about insurance policies, and help clients select policies that meet their individual needs. You will also be responsible for following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their policies.

The Sales Director role (annual earnings: $100,000-$150,000+) incorporates the basic responsibilities of the Advisor role however you will primarily focus on hiring, training, and maintaining a sales team. As a Director you are the coach and talent developer. You would be responsible for successful talent acquisition efforts combined with ongoing development of advisors and leaders while ensuring performance targets are met with consistency. The Sales Director will also be working in conjunction with the CEO and our Executive Directors to collaborate on profitability and expansion strategies.
