T&T Auto Supply is expanding, and we are looking to add a (one) full time, permanent Parts Counter Salesperson to our team. Job description
- Provide outstanding service to customers to address their parts needs in person, by phone, or email
- Establish relationships with new customers, service and expand existing customer relationships
- Quoting and pricing parts for customers
- Keeping track of stock for inventory
- Sales of parts within our yard and with outside retailers
- Organizing shipping for outbound orders
- Dealing with parts returns and issuing credits
- Recording all sales in our Powerlink software
Job Skills and Qualifications
Required qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of auto parts sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong computer skills
- Self motivated and hard working
- Willing to learn
- Capable of handling a high volume of calls
Preferred
- Familiar with stocking and organizing inventory
- Experience in Hollander Powerlink
- Any experience within the automotive industry
