Description

Content Creation: Design and produce a wide range of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media, for various digital platforms such as social media, email campaigns, and websites. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement multimedia content strategies to support digital marketing efforts, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Social Media Management: Oversee and curate content for the company's social media profiles, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis. Website Development: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest multimedia content. Brand Development: Maintain brand consistency across all digital media channels, creating style guides and brand assets as needed. Project Management: Lead multimedia projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget. Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead quality, refine targeting strategies, and implement improvements for increased conversion rates. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of multimedia content, providing reports on engagement rates, conversion rates, and suggesting improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of creating engaging multimedia content. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar design and video editing software. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms. Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creativity and innovation in developing digital content strategies. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and the ability to interpret and report on content performance metrics. Preferred Skills: Experience in SEO strategies and practices. Knowledge of interactive media production. Photography and videography skills, including editing and post-production.
