Samsung repairs are done the majority of the time with Samsung Certified parts, in some cases 3rd party parts are available and used to reduce the costs. Please feel free to ask about the parts being quoted on.

Due to the construction of Samsung phones, there is a significant amount of labour involved in the repair process. Combine with high replacement part prices, Samsung repair prices are significantly higher than iPhone or even Google Pixel repair prices.

You are welcome to come to our shop and have a seat while your repair is done, but can be up to an hour with Samsung phones, tablets may require being left with us.
