Room for Sublet May-August 2024

I am looking to sublet my room in a four bedroom flat located 2 minutes from Dalhousie Studley campus for the summer (May-Aug 2024). The house is in great condition, it has large rooms and a backyard, and you will be living with amazing roommates! The entire house will be furnished, laundry is located in unit, and all utilities (heat, electricity, water, wifi) are included. Cost is $775 per month but I am willing to chat about pricing. No partying, no smoking, and no pets allowed.
