Please see the video tour. - This home is a townhouse, and there isn’t a complete separation of the basement from the upstairs, you will be able see this in the video tour - We are a family of three living upstairs. I am a Registered Nurse and my husband is a Software Engineer working from home and our little son. - There is no oven/range in the kitchenette, only a two burner induction cooktop. There is a sink located in the laundry room to do your dishes. - The laundry room is located on the same floor where you will reside and is shared with us. - The basement isn’t completely soundproof, and you will be able to hear us upstairs now and then, however we are very quiet people, and will be mindful of you being here. In additional, here are some FAQs: What if I'm interested? - If you're interested please complete the attached application form and then we can schedule an in- person viewing. Is this a basement unit? - Yes, this is a basement private space that you will have to yourself, however, this unit is part of a house and my husband and I live upstairs. Do I have my own entrance? - Yes, you will use the front door as your own entrance. Will I be seeing you in the same unit? - You will have the basement to yourself, we rarely need to go to the basement unless we are doing laundry, accessing the electrical panel, or going to the storage. We sometimes go for weeks without seeing the current tenant. Is this unit furnished? - Yes, this unit is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, closet, bedside table, dresser, table, sofa, kitchenette, two burner induction cooktop (no oven), microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and refrigerator. Is the kitchen shared? - No, there is a small area where you can cook your meals, as seen in the picture and video. You can do your dishes in the laundry room where there is a sink that only you will use. Will I have to share the TV? - No, there is a 55" screen tv with access to Netflix for your own unit. Are utilities included in the rent? - Yes, utilities are included in the rent (electricity, water, heat, wifi, entertainment) Do I have access to the washer and dryer? - Yes, you will have access to a shared washer and dryer which is located in the laundry room on your floor. Do I have my own bathroom? - Yes, there is a newly renovated full bathroom in the unit, you will not share the bathroom with anyone else. Is parking on site? - Yes, one parking spot available on site.
