Looking for a place to call home!

My fiance and I are looking for a place to rent for as soon as possible! We both have guaranteed income as we are both on disability due to a car accident we were in last year. We don't drink, smoke or party. We are very clean, quiet, respectful, and down to earth people who like to tinker around and stay as busy as possible and who loves the outdoors. My fiance is also a natural handyman and we both love taking care of the place we live in, both inside and outside (yard work, gardening, etc..). We have great references and can also provide proof of income. We also have a very well trained indoor, short haired cat. We can afford around $2300/month, but can go up to $2500 for the right place.
