Clean, furnished room in family home available short term

Small, bright and clean room on upper floor of family home. Walking distance to downtown, shopping, parks, Queens, KGH and Hotel Dieu. Available for one person, female only (you will share washroom with two other young women). Non smoking (no smoking anywhere on the property) and no scents (due to someone with asthma in the home). Flexible Stay, Available May 1, for four months (room is available until August 30th). First and last month required when moving in. Rent includes all utilities; parking is free (on street parking).

I do not have photos of the room (someone is renting it right now and I do not want to take photos of their stuff for privacy reasons) but you can either come see the room in person, or we can do a video tour if you are interested in renting the room.
