Cottage is a 3 bedroom; sleeps 7, on a private 2 acre property nestled within the Madawaska Provincial Park, just minutes from Griffith, ON; 90 minutes from Ottawa, 40 minutes from beautiful Calabogie & 45 minutes from Renfrew, ON. Frontage on the Madawaska River for peaceful relaxation on your own dock and private swimming. The Madawaska River is famous for water sports; especially canoeing, kayaking and fishing.
Enjoy access to 2 of our kayaks and 1 canoe to explore the beautiful river. Discover, minutes away, the Griffith Uplands Trail, 8km, with gorgeous views from 4 mountaintops.
This section of the Madawaska River is very private and is best for canoes, and kayaks. Larger boats may be launched at a boat launch 10 minutes away, where you have full access to the Madawaska River/Centennial Lake, giving you miles and miles of boating.
Griffith has a general store/LCBO, a family restaurant and a pub for your convenience. Linens, blankets or pillows are not provided.
