Rent is due on the 1st of each month at a consistent cost of $875. Utilities are included in this cost.
Small pets are allowed in this building, but must be communicated to other tenants living in this unit.
Parking is available for an additional cost, above ground and underground parking available.
Laundry is card operated and located on the basement level.
Kitchen and living area is shared, so are bathrooms, luckily my room ended up having the bathroom without anyone else occupying it. So you technically have your own.
This room will be furnished with the original furniture it came with. A twin bed, dresser, and small desk.
The building has a gym, study area, and game room! It’s right next to McDonald’s, Starbucks, Tim’s, and many amazing restaurants and small businesses. Also right down the street is uptown Waterloo!
