The laundry is in the basement.
The basement is not for rental except for the laundry use.

The house is located in Bath Ontario 25 mins to kingston and close to Napanee, Odessa, Amherstview and Lake Ontario.
Quiet neighbourhood and close to nature and golf course.

I am looking to rent for minimum of six months with a possibility of extension.
