Cottage has a master bedroom with queen bed and 2 pull out couches. Features: Parking for two cars Lifted Golf cart included must be 25 or older with G class license to drive. BBQ Personal high speed internet Smart TV $10/ person/ stay registration fee to be added for each guest aged 6 + up to 8 ppl Check in 3:00PM Check out 11:00AM ️✅Must be at least 30 years of age ️✅Maximum occupancy: 8 ❌ ️No pets ️due to allergy ❌ No Smoking or vaping indoors. If you smoke outside on the property you must ensure that you properly dispose of your cigarette butts ️Must bring own bedding (including pillows), towels, toiletries and food. $500 required upon booking to secure your reservation *paid by etransfer ️ Full payment is due 3 days prior to check-in *paid by etransfer ️$500 security deposit is also required at time of full payment, and will be returned within 2 days of inspection of the cottage for any damages. Cottage must be left how it was found, this includes cleaning after yourself and garbage disposal. ️It is your responsibility to clean and dispose of your garbage. ️Funplex passes are NOT included in rental price, can be purchased from Sherkston Shores at the Welcome Centre ️Golf Cart Driver must have a G class license and is to provide a copy of driver license for all drivers. Golf cart must be returned in the same condition as received.
