House Description: Room available for sublease from late April to late July in a house located in Sandy Hill. The house is a 7-minute walk to the UO train station, close to Loblaws and downtown, and one minute away from Dainty Kitchen. It is near a riverside park with beautiful scenery. Utilities, internet, heating, air conditioning, and furniture are all included. Kitchen has microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Female only. (The house has five bedrooms, but four roommates will be going home for the summer. During the sublease period, there will only be one other roommate in the house.)
