Beautiful 4 and a half apartment (2 closed bedrooms) which is bright and well lit (despite being a Ground Floor unit) with large windows, a FULLY equipped kitchen, a small living room, and a bathroom with mini-bathtub.
Easy parking (no zone sticker needed). 3 minutes by car from the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station. There are 3 buses that take you to the Honoré-Beaugrand metro station in a few minutes. The 141 (frequent all the time), the 186 (normal), and the 187 (frequent during peak hours, normal outside peak hours).
Otherwise, if you prefer to walk in nice spring or summer weather, the metro is 1.5 km away on foot. Depending on your speed, it should take between 15 and 21 minutes (18 minutes on average).
