The cottage is lakefront; ideal for boating, swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. Enjoy the convenience of the Nutimik Lodge for necessities such as food, gas, MLCC, chipstand and ice cream shop.

THE COTTAGE: • Enjoy the stunning lake views, sunrise and wildlife from the many windows, screen room or large deck. • Lots of comfy seating in the great room and a 58” TV. • A wood burning fireplace (not available June 1st – Sept 30th) • Kitchen well equipped with all of the essentials • 3-piece bath • Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with an electric fireplace and 70” TV • Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a 32” TV • Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a 32” TV • Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed • Sleeps 8 • Large deck overlooking the water with patio chairs and fire table. • Second deck with dock on the water. You can park your boat at the dock. • Fire pit and picnic table in-front of cottage overlooking the water. • Plenty of outdoor seating • BBQ with propane and BBQ tools. • Linens provided – Duvets and variety of pillows • 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards and a variety of adult and child life jackets provided • Starlink WIFI/Internet available • Near boat launch, public beach, close to hiking trails • NO smoking, NO parties, NO pets

Other things to note:

• Small Appliances Available: popcorn maker - wafflemaker - microwave - air fryer - toaster oven - kuerig - toaster - coffee maker - egg poacher • 1 jug of drinking water will be provided. The tap and shower water are drawn from the lake and goes through a filtration system but is still not recommended for drinking. Brushing teeth is fine. • 4 rolls of toilet paper are provided • 8 bath towels are provided. • Firewood is not provided.
