We have a 3 bedroom, 1400 sqft. cottage available for rent on beautiful Winnipeg River and close to Lee River. PET FRIENDLY upon references:))
Comfortably has sleeping accommodations for 6-7. There is also a Playpen.
PRICELESS SUNSET inside the cabin, the front deck or in the screen room. The lake is only 40 feet from the cabin with your own large private dock.
Use of canoe, lifejackets ( adult & children sizes).
TV & DVD player, full kitchen, dishwasher, fire pit, deck, private dock, waterside deck off of boathouse, elevated front deck off of cottage, BBQ ....you will not be disappointed!!
Great fishing right from the dock and for family to jump off into 6 feet water.

Lac Du Bonnet - 5 min
Granite Hills Country Club - 20 mim
Black Bear Country Club is 10 min
Pinawa - 15min away. River Rafting, suspended bridge, cross country skiing and hiking trails.
***There is no Wi-fi, but the internet signal is really strong and you can stream Netflix and zoom from your phone***
TERMS:
SUMMER Regular Rentals will be for 7 days minimum
Check-in at 4:00p.m.
Check-out at 10:00a.m.
$2,400.00 PER WEEK for PEAK season ( July 1 - Sept 15 )
$250.00 per night for OFF season, 2 night min stay required (September 16th - June 30th)
Pet fee: $20 extra per day
$700 reservation/damage deposit required upon booking to hold reservation (to be returned upon 1 week after check-out, pending inspections)

There is NO smoking inside the cottage.
