various 5 to 12 hp Tecumseh L head snowblower engine parts

Selling several spare parts for 5 to 12 hp Tecumseh L head (aka "flathead", side valve, non-OHV) snowblower engines.

The following are for 8 to 10.5 hp engines:

- flywheel with ring gear - the one in the photos was sold, but I have another one - cd use a wire brushing & the exterior magnets a sandpapering - has the 3 magnets on the underside to power an alternator/stator - can be used on all 8 to 12hp L head & OHV Tecumsehs ~ $50 - alternator/stator ~ $30 - later style blower housing with double pawl rewind assembly ~ $50 ~ SOLD - static ignition coil ~ $30 - later style fuel tank with upper mounting bracket ~ $30 ~ SOLD - cleaned, high & low speed fuel mixture adjustable, aftermarket carb for an 8hp engine ~ $30 ~ SOLD - two black carb covers - one in pretty good aesthetic condition, other pretty weathered ~ $35 for the former, 20 the latter - muffler/exhaust ~ $20

The following are for H70 (7 hp) engines:

- blower housing & rewind assy - both are no longer sold new ~ $50 - flywheel with ring gear - can also be used on big block H50s & H60s - part # is 30811 - discontinued ~ $60 - cleaned, adjustable aftermarket carburetor ~ $30 - 1" dia crankshaft - pt #32680A - no longer available new (NLA)/discontinued ~ $40 - camshaft - pt #32115 - compression release mechanism is fine - NLA ~ $30 - cylinder head - pt #30938A - has a notch with a hole in it on the side for the governor lever's upper arm to fit into - NLA ~ $30 - upper (#34159) & lower (34158) fuel tank brackets/mounts - designed to hold the tank above the level of the carburetor & also to enable the engine to be used on wood chipper-shredders by holding the tank above the branch feed intake chute - black in colour ~ $20 - cylinder/sump cover - Toro red in colour - pt #31303B - includes dipstick & governor gear ~ $40 - muffler - pt #32401 ~ $20

Also selling an old style, single pawl rewind assy for H50 (5 hp) engines - also no longer sold new - is Toro red ~ $30 SOLD

I have two other rewind assys like the above: one is white ($30) and the other is a fugly black one that someone had painted ($20).

Btw, I pulled the aftermarket carbs off of two dual stage machines a guy brought me that had issues other than the fuel system. Both worked fine, but since he brought the original carbs, I cleaned & put them on his snowblowers instead. After removal, I diassembled & cleaned the aftermarket ones. He was the one who bent up the choke lever of the 7hp one (like it's supposed to be for an H70) b/c he accidentally bought the version that is used with an air cleaner assembly lol

- a black, half gallon, older style fuel tank off a H50 snowblower engine, the type the lower support bracket of which was secured onto the tank with screws like the top bracket - I have the lower bracket (&, for that matter, the top one, too), so the tank can also be used on later model 4 & 5 hp L head engines that used a lower bracket that fit into grooves on the bottom of their tanks: u just have to swap out the lower bracket with mine ~ $25 - an undamaged cyl assy for a HMSK100/105 (3 & 5/16" bore) incl valves - this is just the "block", so does not include the sump cover ~ $80 - single shaft (hole for crank only) sump cover (cylinder cover, "oil pan"), incl governor, for a HMSK80/85/100/105 ~ $50 - a conn rod, piston & pin assy for a HMSK100/105 ~ $50 ~ SOLD - a crankshaft & cam with PTO extension for a HMSK80/85/100/105 ~ $60 (also have a cam without the PTO) - a conn rod, piston & pin assy for a HMSK80/85 (3 & 1/8" bore) ~ $50 - a cyl head for a HMSK80/85 ~ $30 - OEM carburetor for 8 & 8.5 hp L heads - the choke lever, throttle butterfly, & interior Welch plug have some inconsequential surface rust and the carb is in good overall condition - has been cleaned with a new rubber bowl ring installed - this is the later, "non adjustable" carb with a green nozzle tube, a plastic float, & "167" stamped on the bowl nut - the bowl has a push up drain valve - carb to elbow gasket, carb cover mounting bracket, choke rod bracket, & choke knob not included - these OEM Tecumseh carbs sell for over $140 plus tax new ~ $50 (note: whenever you put a carb back on an elbow, a new gasket should be used, the governor adjusted, the throttle lever spring checked, and the idle speed screw adjusted)

Prices are firm. The crank, cyl head, & sump cover, btw, are NLA new.
