Yamaha NS-A635A bookshelf Studio Monitor Speakers. These speakers are manufactured in the USA. They are three way acoustic suspension speakers and deliver powerful, clear, detailed, accurate sound when connected to other high quality components. These speakers utilize an 8-inch woofer, a 4.5-inch midrange and a 1-inch aluminum horn tweeter. All drivers are in excellent condition and work properly. The woofer in the Yamaha NS-A635A delivers powerful and tight bass. These speakers are really easy on the ears and can be listened to for hours without fatigue! Additionally, the midrange driver delivers smooth mellow sound, and the aluminum dome tweeters pump out sparkling, razor clean highs. Each speaker can be driven by as low as 10 watts RMS per channel but are rated for a maximum of 140 watts RMS per channel each, making them suitable for use with most receivers and amplifiers. Quite a compact size (approximately 16” X 12” X 11”) these speakers can be placed in tight spaces and will fit almost anywhere.
