Guy stole my helmet after buying bike

Thief’s Name: Jonathan Woodruff Thief’s Phone number: 905 520 9225 Guys, be careful, there is a guy that stole my helmet by the name of Jonathan Woodruff. What happened: He came to see my bike and I let him borrow my helmet to ride the bike home as he kept his car at my house. I told him the if he forgets to bring my helmet he has to pay me $100. When he came back to pick up his car I was not home. My wife gave him the spare key and some extra parts for the bike. He then told her that he would e-transfer me the money however he did not. He is ignoring my calls and not answering my text messages.
